GOOGLE ADS FOR REMODELERS

Google Ads, built to book real jobs, not just fill your inbox.

Homeowners are searching for a remodeler right now. The question is whether your ads are catching the ones who can actually afford the project.

why you're doing it wrong

Why most remodelers waste money on Google Ads

Homeowners search for a remodeler when they're ready to act, not weeks later. Most campaigns miss that moment, or catch it and lose it to a bad setup. The platform isn't the problem. The setup is.

If your average project starts at $150K, with $250K+ being the ideal fit, your campaign shouldn't run the same playbook as a $30K bathroom refresh. We build a separate track inside your Google Ads system for higher-end work: budget-qualifying forms that start at your actual minimum, landing pages built around craftsmanship and portfolio instead of speed, and messaging that speaks to homeowners who aren't shopping on price. This isn't about running more ads, it's about making sure the right ad reaches the right buyer, and the wrong one filters out before it costs you an hour on the phone.

the mistake

THE MISTAKES WE SEE OVER AND OVER

BIDDING ON TOO MANY KEYWORDS.
Bidding on keywords that have low intent like "general contractor" or an overuse of broad match keywords that bring in repair, job seekers, or tire kickers.
SPENDING TOO LITTLE.
If your close rate is 30%, your appointment booking rate is 50%, your landing page converts at 10%, and cost per click is 5%, you will need a budget that accommodates that. $20 per day won't get you there.
NO BUDGET QUALIFICATION UP FRONT.
Without it, your sales team spends hours on estimates for projects that were never going to happen.
Let's talk landing pages

The landing pages behind every campaign

Every landing page includes a project-minimum question up front. If someone flinches at your floor, they weren't a fit, and you didn't lose twenty minutes finding that out on a call.

FAQ

Common
questions,
transparent
answers

Do you work with smaller remodeling budgets?

Our system is built around targeting projects starting at $25K, with a separate track for higher-end work starting at $150K, ideally $250K+. We qualify budget on the landing page itself, so you're not spending sales time finding out.

How do you keep leads from being tire-kickers?

Multi-step forms with budget-range questions up front. If someone won't answer a budget question, they usually weren't ready to hire anyway, and that's a filter working correctly, not a lost lead.

How is this different from pay per lead websites?

Those leads get sold to multiple contractors at once. Every lead from your Google Ads campaign is exclusively yours, and it's qualified before it reaches you.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

It depends on your average project value and how many jobs you need to book monthly. We build the number around your actual capacity, not a flat rate.
