



From January 2025 to present, we launched a localized, performance-focused Google Ads system designed to attract sales-ready homeowners—not tire-kickers. Campaigns were segmented by service (kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and general remodeling) and tightly targeted to specific Richmond-area zip codes. By focusing exclusively on high-intent search terms and prioritizing conversion actions like phone calls and estimate requests, the campaign eliminated wasted spend and ensured every click aligned with real buying intent.
In just five months, the campaign generated over 110 qualified leads at an average cost of $160.20, significantly lower than the client’s previous $250–$500 CPL range. With a 6.03% conversion rate and an average project value applied, the results translated to more than $2.1M in estimated revenue potential, or $62.44 generated for every $1 spent. More importantly, the client gained predictable access to motivated Richmond homeowners actively looking to hire, proving that with precise targeting, strong tracking, and focused creative, even modest budgets can drive serious, scalable growth.
